Okay, so this post is especially for Ruthiestewart who informed me last night that "you haven't posted in forever..what is up with that"? :) So here you go. Actually, I am a little bit ticked because I received a text from her this morning saying that she didn't have to wear her winter boots today and apparently yesterday it was 14 degrees Celcius in Canada. I am not sure what that means or how to convert it! (If anyone knows, please enlighten my 3-4 thread readers!) I am pretty sure that is warm though. I told her that we got her cold weather, that the temperature was negative here last night, that I had to cover my flowers over night to save them from the frost, and that I was wearing boots today! Please take your Canada weather back! Us Southerners can't take it very well!! :)
BUT it the midst of all my complaining, I did have three things that made me happy today:
1. Lunch at the Flying Fish: my FAVORITE restaurant in the Rock.
2. I found girl scout cookies in my desk that I had forgotten about!
3. The hostel is coon free!!
What more could a girl ask for?!?! :) And I promise, Ruthie Stewart, I will do better on my posting!!
