She is still kickin!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you THE PRISM. 18 years later she is on her last leg, but still kickin! She went to college with me, been on countless road trips, made it all the way to Montana, through Yellowstone, Glacier, and tons of snow!! The heater may be stuck on full blast and the inside door handles don't work, but she is one of the family and we love her anyway! Take a good look, this might be the last time you see her.....

OH and that cute yellow house is Kiley's!!!!

I'm not gonna lie...

I am kinda proud of myself! After 2 hours, 3 mexican grocery stores, and one 10 year old mexican girl later...we found empanda shells! Here is my first attempt at them. We loved them! They are stuffed full of beef, onions, corn and cheese...so really, what's not to love??

I think empanda making is going to be my new obsession...or at the very least, my new potluck food.

Anyone have any ideas on what to stuff in them next?? I am thinking some sort of creamy chicken!?? There might even be a prize for best filling idea!!

We made it a year...

And I have loved every single minute of it! This is how we celebrated:

I came home tonight to this dinner!! AMAZING. He did all the shopping, the cooking, and even went to Bed, Bath and Beyond all by himself to get crab leg scissors!!

Uncomfortable.Period.

Anyone want to join me in the john at this restaurant in Lonoke??? Thankfully no one followed me in there!

I almost gave myself a heart attack when I popped the trunk today only to find that I had completely forgotten that I had left his lovely lady in there! I honestly thought that someone had kidnapped her and locked her in my trunk!!!
