You just might make me........EAT Rocky Mountain Oysters!!! At first I thought Chuck was kidding when he said we should order them, but there they were staring at us on the menu board. And after all, this was my day with Chuck and I did tell him, "I want to do ANYTHING that you want to do". Although, never in my wildest dreams did I think we would end up over the mountain at Lawdog's Last Chance Saloon eating cow testicles!!

Here they are! What surprised me the most was that they were flat...okay, check that..what surprised me the most was that I actually liked them!! They have a fried oyster texture but taste more like a sweet chicken. I have never tasted anything quite like it. Of course, they are served with ranch dressing and cocktail sauce for dipping! 
Chuck chomping down on the "oyster". I made him go first. I can honestly say that given the chance, I will eat them again!! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH CHUCK FOR AN AFTERNOON I WILL NEVER FORGET!!!
