Wouldn't Trade a Day for all Those Friday Nights

As most of you know, I grew up playing sports. I pretty much love to compete in anything. My group are some of the most competetive people that I know! With that being said, yes, I am 30 and yes, I am still playing sports. My reflexes are slower, I can't hit the ball as hard, and I don't run very fast..but here I am playing softball. But that is not actually the point of this blog...the blog is all about cutbacks. Companies are cutting corners to save money every chance they get. But this takes the cake..apparently the City of Little Rock decided to cut a corner on bases..yes, i said bases, for the city softball field. So here i am standing on third base, oops, I mean third book (yep, thats a phone book for third)! :) I wish America could turn around this economy already!!!! Maybe I will write Mr. Obama a letter! :)
